  • 1/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • water (as needed)

Crispy Mushrooms:

  • 2 pounds / 32 ounces mixed mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Fine grain sea salt
  • 1 + cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
  • freshly ground black pepper
