Instructions:
- Cook the shrimp:
- Warm the olive oil in a large frying pan over med-high heat. Add the shrimp and sauté until it’s pink and cooked through.
- Make an aromatic base:
- Reduce the heat, then melt the butter in the same pan. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a short time until fragrant.
- Deglaze and reduce:
- Pour in the lemon juice and the white wine, stirring to bring out the flavors left by the shrimp.
- Final stirring:
- Add the Italian seasoning, then mix the shrimp back into the sauce to coat evenly and gently reheat.
- Add topping:
- Remove from heat and top generously with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a tasty finish. Add parsley for a fresh, colorful garnish if you desire.
