Ingredients :

- 1 + ½ lbs shrimp.

- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter.

- ½ large onion.

- 4 cloves garlic.

- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce.

- 3 tablespoons hot sauce.

- ½ cup beer.
-
- ½ lemon.
-
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme.

- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
-
- 2 sprigs fresh oregano.

- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper.
-
- ½ tablespoon cayenne.
-
- 1 tablespoon pepper.
-
- Salt to taste.

- Parsley.
- Green onion.
Instructions:
- Wash shrimp in cold water and drain, keeping shells for flavor.
- Melt ½ cup butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion for 3-4 minutes until soft, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice and beer.
- Chop rosemary, thyme, and oregano leaves; add with Bayou Seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add shrimp and blend into the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons butter until melted.
- Garnish with parsley or green onion. Serve with crusty bread or rice.
