 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 2 green onions, chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • 3 cups Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor), crushed.
  • 2 large eggs.
  • 2 tablespoon milk.
For the Marinara Sauce (optional, for serving):
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed.
Optional Garnishes:
  • Extra crumbled bacon.
  • Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
  • Drizzle of ranch or hot sauce.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare filling: Combine cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. ]Prepare chicken: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut a small pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with filling. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  3. Coat chicken: Soak stuffed chicken in whipped egg and milk, then coat with crushed Doritos.
  4. Bake: Place on a baking sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  5. To serve: Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions and enjoy.
