Ingredients :

This homemade blueberry coffee creamer comes together with just a few simple ingredients for a rich, flavorful addition to your morning cup:
  • 1 ½ cups Half & Half : Creates a smooth and creamy base.
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream : Adds an extra layer of richness for a luxurious texture.
  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar : Provides the perfect level of sweetness.
  • ¼ cup Packed Brown Sugar : Enhances the sweetness with a subtle caramel-like depth. Feel free to use light sugar or dark brown sugar.
  • 1 Tablespoon Blueberry Extract : Brings a vibrant, fruity burst of blueberry flavor.
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract : Adds warmth and enhances the overall flavor profile.
This simple combination creates a silky, berry-infused creamer that transforms your coffee into a bakery-inspired treat!

Instructions :

Step 1: Warm the Mixture

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the half & half, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar fully dissolves and the mixture begins to steam.

Step 2: Add Flavor

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the blueberry extract and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 3: Cool & Store

Let the creamer cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a mason jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
